Domestic Violence CLE

This is a free CLE that has been approved for 1.5 CLE credits. This program will address: 

• The importance of screening for domestic violence in family law cases and the potential consequences for not doing so; 
• Domestic violence programs for survivors and batterers in Lake and Porter Counties; and 
• Securing appropriate counsel for family law cases involving domestic violence issues.
